Open the game and go into the event editor. There should be a module called HAC
There should be an event for growing for each of the classes.
The very first node has a conditional that says something along the lines of fra_chance and then a percentage (I think 3)
Just bump that up to 100 if you want to assure that it always fires asap
You could go to the event and increase the chance
There's a special reward if you manage to finish all of them too, I hope you can get all of them in one playthrough:)
Apart from the worker, each class has a questline.
