Available for standard soldiers and Templars. Not compatible with vanilla/non-WOTC saves.
Optionally, you can enable this voice for SPARKS. To do that, navigate to the Config folder of this mod, open XComContent.ini, and follow the instructions inside that file.
I recommend using his voice for a Psi Operative.
