We need Tar and others

We all knows the problem. We don't have enough tar, but too many leather!?
This Mod adds a new recipe.
10 Leather -> 1 Tar. Can be produced in the furnace.

Also I edit a few exist recipes...
- You can produce 1 Tar with 5 coal in the fluid press (original recipe need 25 coal)

- In the carpenter bench I edit the bark recipe (from 10 wood to 5 wood you need for 1 bark)

- 1 Steel Bar needs only 2 iron bar and 1 steel fire in the furnance

- 1 Brick needs only 5 stone not 10 stones in the furnance
