Abilities Uncapped

Simply increases the maximum base ability cap to 20.

Abilities Uncapped is another standalone package mod, featuring part of the changes from cap tweaks for those who did not want to use the full package for whatever reason. A more overpowered version is available here, under the Insanity Edition series as per usual with these mods. Naturally as abilities are quite important for determining how powerful player characters can be, these mods have significant balance implications.
