Supports need a serious rework, many of them fail clearance, with a few even clipping into the train. To check for clearance, place the Clearance Envelope object (found in Library://Scene Objects/Various) next to a train, and it will put a clearance envelope frame on that train in the simulator. Use the Move Train function in Full Manual mode to move the train slowly through the whole layout, watching the edges of the frame. Any track, supports, scenery, or terrain that touches the frame or the space inside of it violates clearance and needs to be moved further away or removed altogether. Fixing the supports is much easier if yo use custom ones rather than prefabs.

To remove the error messages at the start, set the number of trains on the "FLOORS", "QUE", "ROOF", and "QUE SUPPORTS" coasters to zero.
