Well like tittle says, so no need explain any further :),anyhow this disable those light near the inn in windhelm, and so on....

i know it's not much, but my FPS in that area where driving me nuts i had to disable it just so i can enjoy this as it was intended to,damm devs always places too much useless graphics or effects that's up to no good to slow down your FPS, anyhow this fixes that I hope :/, Let m know if there is any other that's needs to be fixed :)
