!Patch - ECA - Real Space & Real Sol - No Name Empires

Patches Real Space to account for the changes to civics made by Ethics & Civics Alternative - Redux and also to use Real Sol Textures.

This should avoid the game spawning empires with no names and filling your error log about empires trying to spawn with invalid government types.

NOTE: I recommend getting the most recent release (or pre-release) of Irony Mod Manager[bcssov.github.io] and patching your setup with it.
