PNR 917 DEL Forward Hyundai Rotem Haul by GilbertRoyAlva

This is the Philippine National Railways 900 Class Diesel-Electric Locomotive No. 917 asset in Cities: Skylines.
I'm still developing the Ex-JR 203 Series EMU to be hauled by the 917 DEL so I used the Hyundai Rotem as a place holder so here you go and enjoy

What are the specs on this?
You have to put info details.
Such as capacity, speed, LOD size, texture size, tris count...
