描述
TLDR: Heroes' deathblow resist reduced by 67%, but DOTs can't kill anymore!

Experimental mod that increases base deathblow chance for monsters from 100% to 167%, which effectively reduces base deathblow resistance for most heroes to 0%. Death's Door itself is still there. Also makes Bleeds and Blights unable to kill heroes.

There's no visual debuff indicator or stat change (since heroes' deathblow wasn't actually changed it still shows that they have 67% DB resist - but on the other hand it's compatible with every class mod) so I edited town title background and deaths door tray icon a little bit to remind you that the mod is enabled.

it's cheatsy, but i kinda would like a mod that only makes it so blood loss and venom can't deathblow

This one worked exactly as I expected, sets your characters deathblow resistance to 0. This helps you get this achievement much much easier https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1123693730

Is there a chance to remove Death's blow limit of 87% when maxed out? I kinda wanna know since in DD2 you can have a 90% death blow res

Can you give some tips on how you got into the exe file? I want to do some tweaks that I suspect are implemented and can't figure out a way to do it myself

Out of curiosity, how did you find the "dots_can_deathblow" rule? It isn't in the base-game rules file, is there another place where you can find all the rules the game supports?

It would be fun to see a mod that increases the deathblow resist cap to 99%! :steamhappy: I'd do it myself but Idk how to make a mod that specifically alters deathblow resist :(
