Gets Sylvanian Marksmen & Benevolent Overlord from the Von Carstein skill tree

Seekers of Abhorash – Boosts Blood Knights. Look, until we got Abhorash himself, Vlad the Dad will have to do. It’s also why he gets The Ordo Draconis from the Blood Dragon skill tree.

Count of Sylvania - Growth to all provinces, and leadership for Sylvanians. Tried making it so he unlocked Sylvanian Crossbowmen and Handgunners, didn't work.

The Growth increase from the Count of Sylvania skill is not working for me. It is listed in his campaign effects but doesn´t apply to any of my provices.
