No Party Like A Boarding Party – Boost to Sartosans, with more damage and melee defence

Endless Broadside – Reload and ammunition for artillery. Because ♥♥♥♥ elves, and possibly also Grom.

I would suggest using with a mod such as Crux2's Sartosa Free Company

Does this happen to improve the stats of the Sartosa unit mods in the description? I am interested in trying out Crux's units, and they seem like they would synergise with the buffs.
