The Samurai Hero

You are a powerful samurai, with somewhat powerful squadmates--namely an leveled up Crumblejon, Shryke, and Beep, as well as a Science/Medically focused Bard. The Samurai also has a unique really powerful sword. A lot of research is also already done. You start in Heft, allied to the United Cities and enemies of the Holy Nation, similar to the Captain's Son start.

I edited Crumblejon, Shryke, Beep, and Bard directly, so I'm 90% sure that even if you don't choose this start you'll find their leveled up versions out in the world. If you don't want that, just disable the mod in the launcher when you're not using it.

Essentially, this is mid-game to late-game start, skipping a lot of early game hassle if you want to do that.
