Defined by vast oceans and forests of orange and red, Palomar-142c, more commonly known by the citizens of the Starbound Federation as Exolia, is an exotic oceanic planet that sits within the Palomar-142 System, roughly 900 light years from Sol. First discovered during a long duration exploration mission funded by the Democratic Republic of Orion, Exolia has become a strong colony of the Federation. With a surface gravity of 0.98Gs and a Nitrogen-Oxygen rich atmosphere, Exolia shares similarities with Terra and other worlds like it, however the planet's flora is unlike anything else within Federation space. Exolia hosts a faint ring system, along with a rocky moon Rothis that's enshrouded by thin atmosphere.

Water Texture seems broken, its highly reflective and looks weird. Also water mod seems not to work properly as the highly reflective water texture shines through the water

I would also love to see a version of this for Jakaria's Water mod. It would be appreciated if someone made it.

(Though, that issue with Doctor Octoganapus' textures doe ssound concerning...)
