Default Zil130 with custom sound set and package boxes

This will drive and handle just like the default zil130 but it has been given a completely custom sound set and exclusive add-on, package boxes.

The key to drive the Zil130 is manual gearbox so I've introduced new gear shifting with "russian" speech which suggests fustration and abuse of gears to enhance the experience. The startup time is now taking longer and there is a much diffrent sounding engine.
