A very nice road at 16m for when you want to add dual right- and left-turn lanes! This should have been included as a feature in the base game, i.e. better lane management in general, but at least we have this asset to help!

Nice! 3+1 is my favourite road for traffic lights, since it gives dedicated lanes automatically.
