Legendary Confederations: Vampire Coast

This is a submod for Legendary Confederations that allows Vampire Coast confederations! I've also allowed for diplomatic confederations, so if you wish you can use the Mod Config Tool to decline the auto-confederation and persuade them with diplomacy. I always offer technical support for as long as it is warranted. Now that the WH2-era is over and we're off to WH3, I feel comfortable ending live support and closing the comment section as I'll no longer be monitoring it.
