描述
Requires Silva Fueled reactor. You start with that. The Mega Dome must survive.
Starting on a crater map with frozen ground, sites such as 69S115W or 23S52E are ideal.

This is a sponsor that has a giant fuel burning thermal generator supporting your colony against the endless icy cold elements. Green planet probably is not required, only thing related to it is added heat production to generator.

Modifications:
-2 Heavy rockets to start with. Use gamerule longride. Rockets take about a week in travel time, and require more fuel.
-You do not have sponsor research. You generate research with excess power. Discoverying and surveying sectors also increases your scientific understanding of mars.
-Start with 6,000M cash. Gain 20M with each technology. Exports are 22M.
-Everything takes longer to build.
-Wind and Solar lose effectiveness as the sun dims and the atomsphere freezes. As the atmosphere freezes out, moisture vaporator production also falls.
-You start with more prefabs than normal. (water condensers, fuel factories, Fuel Reactor, Advanced Stirling)
-You have the metal refinery for wasterock processing and the advanced stirling generator to heat the fuel factories until they get the Fuel Reactor Running. You also have the RC Constructor and RC Driller.
-You have some Breakthroughs to begin with: Prefab compression, Cryosleep, Superconducting Computing.

Sponsor Goals are a slight rehash of Russian Sponsor Goals:
1:Used to begin the game.
2:Discover 16 deposits for 8 supply pods
3:Produce 75 fuel units in a sol for an extra rocket.
4:Have 7 extractors running at 160% preformance for a +50% increase to rare metal export prices
5:Deep Scan all 50 sectors for 20k research points

I'm still new at this so some of these changes don't even seem to work, but I am learning and fixing it as I go along!
Perhaps in the future I'll figure out how to spawn 10 fuel in the rocket at the start so the generator can begin and you don't need these advanced stirling generators, which are kind of like steam hubs so maybe I'll keep them, hm.

Related to why solar and wind are disabled. The sky is darkened and the wind is constantly howling, ripping apart the martian buildings that were made for very different atmospheric conditions. The map spawns with a base already partly constructed, with ruins of it everywhere that can be salvaged for your starting resources. Some domes have collapsed and only the Mega Dome remains standing against mother nature, with 30 to 40 survivors inside. Constant planetary anomalies pop up with survivors that need to be rescued from other bases and outposts, and that is how you get more people. Science and research is less like discovering new things and more like discovering ways to build things that you already know with the salvage on hand. Your people know how to build a fuel refinery, you just need your engineers to 'research' how to jury-rig one up based on the supplies you have left. (Thus we can have an advanced ruined colony at start and still have a tech tree that makes sense). Anomalies would be on destroyed equipment around your base, this would allow us to tell the story that way in more detail.
The map would also be 100% frozen ground, and cold waves would need to be reworked to instead reduce the effective heating range of your heat producing devices while the cold wave is in effect. Rockets would need to be able to fly during dust storms because it is going to be constantly stormy when it is not extra cold.
Obviously this is super complex and I would need a lot of experience modding and help to pull this off, so don't expect this part for a while.

i think they're moving everything to the unofficial content pack, but it'll take awhile.

this is also more of a scenario than a sponsor lol, maybe you could re-work it?

I think i already have a infinite coldwave scripted in once you produce X amount of fuel or was it power i would need to check

A good mod for this one is Infinite Disasters. You can toggle a coldwave that will last forever it fits perfectly with this one.
