描述
Increases player limits to enable more densely populated maps.

MP no longer capped at 12 players.

  • Allows four additional players in each map size.
  • Allows two additional city states in each map size.
  • Allows one additional religion in each map size.
  • Multiplayer limit extended to a maximum of 48 players.
  • Staging Room player list box size is extended for Hotseat.
  • Compatible with custom map sizes.




Compatible with the base game and both expansions.

Change players to +30 and city states to +24 if you want everything to spawn. Turns into a battle royale.

I disabled all mods and only activated this game wont starts giving error

hi i am wondering why when i play with my friend i get loading screen every 2-4 rounds.

thanks to "UPDATE MapSizes SET MaxPlayers=MaxPlayers+24, MaxCityStates=MaxCityStates+2;" I can finally play PlayEuropeAgain with more than 24 players. Changing every StagingRoom.lua I could find on my PC didn't help, because ynamp seems to cap the amount of players to 20.

Hoboishguy - YAMP doesn't modify StagingRoom.lua which is the file that controls how many players are allowed in MP. I just started a 16 human player hotseat MP gamewith a custom sized map with no trouble. I also tried creating a standard MP game and had no issues.

Problem seems to be on your end. Did you restart Civ after enabling the mods?

What’s incompatible is that when hosting a multiplayer game only 12 players are available, same if I just use the mod

Hoboishguy - What are you finding incompatible? Seems to work fine for me, though I don't see much point in using this mod alongside YAMP, since that mod already allows you to choose whatever number of players you want for a map. The only thing this mod adds in that case is the additional Religion slot.
