I've tried to reproduce this issue on my end but so far haven't been able get it to do the same thing. I'll keep poking at it to see if I can figure out.
Did this problem start happening on your end recently or has it always been doing this? Is it still crashing if you load up the mod as the first one in the game?
Ah. For those tokens that are two tokens locked together I did it that way so you could just flip it like you do all of the other tokens. If you just use the Flip action or press "f" on the keyboard then it does flip to the other side of the locked pair of tokens, which is the exploded side.
I didn't think people would look close enough to see that it was actually two tokens and then unlock the top one to expose the exploded side rather than flipping the bundle. I was concerned that if I used a fancier system like states it would either require the player to have read the note, find the button or just know that they should switch states which might cause trouble for players who didn't pay attention.
That's not really usefull, but you could set states to the tile object instead of unlock to change it.
This is a great catch, thank you for pointing it out.
I've updated the tags, player count and other things like this for the mod and republished.
I took a look and there is a purple bag on the table just to the lower right of the big square tile, tile #13, in Season 1 Episode 2 that has the eight Forbidden Knowledge tokens in it.
Unfortunately the dark purple color of the bag does not help as the table background is also a dark color so it isn't as easy to spot.
