Made this mod for the people that doesnt want the overhaul or the Norscan forts/gates just full Outpost

This mod lets you occupy everywhere as norscan(outpost), added their missing garrisons In land Outposts

is not original garrison. you can put 20 elephants to be cool.

@ph as the game says, vanilla version, wich means it doesnt work on gates nor empire forts, the too many units in garrisons its on ovn end

Hi, this mod have too much garrison units when working together with OVN. could you please fix it? And it does not have garrison for gates in the empire or HE area.
