[BW] Statue of Grom

Simple mod that adds the Statue of Grom to Tor Yvresse as well. I wanted to make Tor Yvresse a special landmark for Greenskins and thought that nothing would be more fitting than a statue of 'is ENORMISTY 'imself. Works both in ME and Vortex.

I also added a very small ammount of casualty replenishment and cost reduction similar to the ones in the tech tree to make the capture of Tor Yvresse more worthwhile.
