Alternate Ruler Appear Chance

描述
Expands the number-of-missions range that must pass before a Ruler will randomly appear.
Posted by request. Not to be confused with my other mod Unpredictable Ruler Appear Chance - that mod does not work, use THIS one instead.

The default game makes Rulers appear every 2-3 missions.

This mod expands that range based on difficulty:
Every 1-6 missions = Rookie (about 1 in 2.75)
Every 1-5 missions = Veteran (about 1 in 2.25)
Every 1-4 missions = Commander (about 1 in 1.75)
Every 1-5 missions = Rookie (about 1 in 2.50) - lower because the default % table is lower on Legend

It's possible that you could get 2 missions back-to-back where a Ruler appears. Or they might not appear for a while. Who knows? They strike randomly! This can allow for some more divergent gameplay experiences.

This mod does not affect any existing missions in which a Ruler is guaranteed to spawn (such as, Alien Nest). Also, any missions in which a Ruler is prohibited from appearing will still function normally.

Also, this mod adjusts the spawn lists so that the Rulers may appear out of order and interchangably with one another.
(normally it is, Viper King first, then Berserker, then Archon).

To balance out the early game and late game, all Rulers have had their stats averaged out, so that each Ruler is just about as powerful as the others. (normally Viper King is weakest and Archon Ruler is strongest)

--- Compatibility ---
This mod does not conflict with other mods that modify Ruler AI or abilities during missions. May not work with any other mods that modify Ruler appear chances.

Hi, I found that some INIs are missing from this mod when compared with the Unpredictable version? Thanks (CharacterStats, WeaponData)
