BN Executive Observation Generic

an unnamed passenger car in the BN executive train

this set was pretty difficult to make because there wasn't that much information or high quality images to go off of. getting the logos, stripes, and symbols right didn't help that.

I will make more for this set if new streamliner cars are added,since i don't really like the idea of trying to create them on existing cars.. this set could still use a: Baggage car, half baggage, an acutal coach car, a full dome, and maybe a diner.
