Try reinstalling all dependencies and this addon.
As for the sinking issue, unfortunately I don't know. I think it has something to do with the vehicle class (prop_vehicle_jeep), but nothing in the way of a fix.

Also idk if there are actually supposed to be lights on the dinghy's, but it didn't see like there were.

I tried and it worked, but the jet-ski for whatever reason just sank, and I couldn't move it with the physics gun, and it was undriveable. Was that a bug? Or did I miss something I was supposed to install?
