@Cedrik if you want to use any of the alt versions for town npc's you have to do it on the game files, first go to "SteamApps\workshop\content\262060\2114280497\Special Edit" grab the version you like the most and drop them here "steamapps\workshop\content\262060\2114280497\campaign\town\buildings\guild" then rename it to fit the name of the original file there(game is very name sensitive with the assets, so any deviation from the intended name won't get read by the game and wont work). Hope that helps!
