描述
This is a super-simplified version of Dummy08's fantastic Nanobot Build and Repair System, available here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=857053359

Dummy08's version grinds, picks up floating pieces, has fancy particle effects, and has a whole lot of configurables. This version only builds and repairs. It's a full recode to make it extremely lightweight and less effected by game updates at the cost of a lot of the extra functionality.

Models are from Dummy08's mod, all credit for these very cool devices to him.

Hmm I shall check it out. Not entirely surprised as updates regularly break stuff, but I haven't looked into the implications of the new one.

Started a new game... turned this mod on after I had got my base and a small ship going.
Worked fine before... Back in August.
Now it seems to not be working.
Reloaded.. removed and replaced the welder.. no joy... Nothing. Loads of small-ship cubes need welding but nothing is having at it.

Ahhh but wouldn't it be cool if it worked on any block you own within the rage of the antenna on it's grid?

Ah Dave thanks for mentioning that re-load, that was an error I fixed in a modpack version. I shall dig the code out and update this original one (sorry!) Glad you like it. It should definitely work as you describe, anything attached via connectors should enable the components to pull through.

It works.
You have to re-load your game after building one but that is not that big a deal.

The 'Help Others' tag...
Would be nice if after landing with it on your ship, it helped you build your new base but you have to be docked.
Or if it helped you build your small block ship in the hangar but that has to be docked too.
Even if you make it the first item build you still have to lug all the materials manually for everything until it has a supply it can draw on.
I rated it up because even in it's current state it is still a huge grind saver.

Great, It finally works after last updates. Good job! :D

You told that removed a configuration for lightweight the mod, but server admin needs some configuration at least for balancing this mod to own server.
(Likes basic things : power consumption, Welding Speed)

IMO Welding speed seems too fast, feels like OP blocks.
If I want to change speed, I must re-upload this mod to change the speed in the code.
This kind of re-uploading things is too much in workshop.
