I take absolutely 0 credit for this model. All I did was fix the texture issue.
Seeing as the model hasn't been updated since 2014, I assume the author has no intentions of fixing the issues. So, I took the liberty of doing it myself.

Fixing the textures was actually a rather simple task, thankfully enough. I just had to add .vtf to the end of the texture names in the respective .vmt files. If I had to guess, I'd say a Gmod update is what likely broke this addon. Probably changed how .vmts function or something, hell if I know.

Either way, enjoy playing as Pierce Brosnan as James Bond once again, WITHOUT being purple and black.
