I present a painstaking re-texture of 3x4 Shop05 – one of the very few decent looking buildings from the vanilla base game.

Avalon Outlet Store is a small retaileron the east side of Apache City, a neighborhood in a project based on South Central Los Angeles (fictionally known as East Carmine). The premises was purchased from Alamo Liquor & Food in 1997 and has gradually been falling into a state of disrepair since, but maintains high sales performance in the local area due to competitive pricing. Notoriously located on East Avalon Street – which combined with West Avalon makes up the gang controlled “Avalon Blocc”, shared by two (somewhat) allied Crip factions – you can now pluck it out of my project and give it a better home. Or worse.

I'm new at this, so there’s potentially issues with the asset. As far as I’m aware it should have the same specifications as Shop05. Let me know of any real problems and ideally not tiny, nitpicky oversights.
