Type "snd_restart" without the quotes in the console every time you start the game.

If the mod still doesnt work, place it in your custom folder. (Custom folder setup guide)
The mod .vpk will be located in:

Really awesome addon but please increase the volume of the actual audio file. The rest of the music in the game is very loud in comparison so if you have your music volume setting turned down to 25 (because that is literally how loud the regular music is) it makes this very quiet. Thanks!
