TTT Max players: limit number of active players

Instead of limiting the number of slots of your server to prevent a too large number of players during the same round, install this addon!

Once this addon is installed you can set the console variable ttt_maximum_players, just the same way as ttt_minimum_players works. The default value is 16. On a dedicated server you can easily put the setting in your server.cfg.

Once everything is set, if the number of players who must spawn exceeds the ttt_maximum_players value, players will be randomly selected to stay spectator automatically on each round beginning. Players who have played more rounds will be selected in priority to be forced spectators.

A few details:
- The number of spectator rounds recorded for each players counts the number of rounds spent on the loading screen too.
- For an unknown reason, this addon seems to make the game a bit less stable.
