Ship is a map set on a ship.

- Changed a lot of tiles

* Added more variation of the torture tiles
* moved the jail cell to the man spawn
* Added a billboard from bm_city
* Added a lot of barrel tiles

- Moved the red spawns closer to the middle


Future stuff I think the map might need:
- make the map smaller in certain areas, so you don't feel like you're taking a leap of faith every time you go somewhere.
