Adds the Igorot led by Aliguyon to the game.

UNIQUE ABILITY: BETWEEN SUMMIT AND SKY
  • Mountains yield +1 Food and receive a copy of any Improvements built next to them.
  • Hurrying Production provides a source of Iron and yields Food in all cities.

UNIQUE UNIT: WASAY AXEMAN
  • Replaces the Swordsman.
  • It, and any stacked units, may cross Mountain tiles after the first Great Engineer is earned (not lost upon upgrade).
  • Heals itself and stacked units from Mountain attrition damage at the start of the turn (not lost upon upgrade).

UNIQUE BUILDING: PAYEW
  • Replaces the Water Mill.
  • Requires an adjacent Mountain instead of fresh water.
  • Has a slot for an Engineer specialist, increasing to two if the City is working at least three Mountain tiles.
