Dragon

A being somewhat resembling the Dragon from the Disgaea series. Seems like they don't know why they're here.

Created so I could dip my foot into pixel art and coding for the first time, Dragon is a (no idea) based character that does a variety of dragon based things, like breathe fire and not use it's wings for anything at all.

Neutral Special: Fireball
Shoot a fast moving fireball at your opponents.
"This is the vanilla ice cream of special moves."

Side Special: Lava Bubble
Sneeze out a slow-moving bubble that ignites opponents on contact.
"YOU MADE A SNOT BUBBLE IGNITE AND NOT THE ACTUAL FIREBALL"

Down Special: Succubus Style Hip Attack
Charge forward with your rear end and attack foes. If used in the air and it ends without hitting the ground, you will be turned around.

Up Special: Dragon Assassinator
Envelop yourself with magic and charge upward, hitting multiple times.
"you took the vulnerability of Zett's up special and combined it with the absolute kill-off-the-top BS of Clairens"
