Adds a Plague Doctor-themed skin and two alternate palettes for the Bounty Hunter. Inspired by the Plague Vestal skin and blessed by its creator, the great Anti!

- Won't conflict with any other skin mods.
- Credit to Anti for originally frankenstein-ing the forceps style weapon I used for the hook.
- Credit to the Moonlit Dungeon discord server[discord.gg] as usual for being awesome :D

@DrClaw - due to sprite constraints, Plague Jester would be very difficult, but I can give it a go! As for occultist, that's much easier so I'll definitely keep that in mind (though I'm focusing on other stuff than plague dudes atm heh).

Nice work, and quick. Keep up the great skin mods! Might I suggest Plague Jester or Plague Occultist skin variants, just feels like they would fit well.
