Awesome work, thank you for sharing! +1 to Xarnila's comment. I came here to suggest being able to auto upgrade the population cap. A check box or a config file where you rank or sort by completion preference would be an awesome addition to the mod.

can you make a mod that gives infinite points? Or just something that increases the amount of points earned?
