Perhaps add a decision post-war, if the Entente wins, for Newfoundland to build a memorial in France?

IRL there's a monument near Beaumont-Hamel and it's a fairly sizable monument and preservation area. In game terms, this decision could add a relationship bonus with France and an increase to base stability or war support?
