2 in 1 Ice vent / Steam trap

Freeze your enemies before blasting them up into the air and watch them shatter as they hit the ground again. Put a few next to each other and watch the ice blocks bounce from one to another like giant beachballs, or simply fill the ceilings with traps and kill them all.

This replaces the Steam vent, but it doesn't just fling them up, it damages them as well, making this far more useful than the standard Steam vent.
