Compatibility patch for More Corporate Authorities and Venture Politics

Most new megacorp civics are now available to all three megacorp authorities. Several have restrictions. One, Employee Ownership, is now no longer available to countries with Corporate authority- only to Cooperatives.

Yeah, I've updated MCA itsself for 3.0.* but haven't updated the patches yet.

I don't believe one exists already, if one does then I do apologise, but would you be able to make a patch for 'More Corporate Authorities' and 'Amazing Civics - Megacorp'?
