About the building:
115 North 1st Street is located on one of the earlier main streets in Minneapolis History. It was constructed in 1883 and joins The Hennepin Hotel (1886), Chicago House Hotel (1884), Foster House (1882) and Market Hotel (1888) as some of the oldest building in Minneapolis. They all are three stories tall and none are more than 10 meters wide, and are all contributing buildings to the Historic Warehouse district in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
