If you've got the time and motivation, you should definitely make a sequel/extension. Maybe something that goes a bit deeper with level design and mechanics but retains the dark and spooky hospital atmosphere.

Love the atmosphere! Also, the checkered floors and narrow corridors are just right for this style of map.
