1.1 - "Kill Belgians" Edition (For HoI v.1.9.3)

Liberate Africa from the yoke of European Colonialism across a totally revamped and improved Anti-Colonialist African Campaign.

I really liked the ideaq of the ACC branch for South Africa that was put out with TFV but felt like they could have done more. This is more or less my first attempt at modding for any Paradox Games but I think it came out alright.

Features:
-Balance the popularity of your regime between the native and colonial population as you reorganize the South African State.

-Through either subtle (see: Diplomatic) or less subtle (see: Invasion) means, liberate Portugal's colonial holdings.

-Barter with the League of Nations to enforce the transfer of British colonies from their oppressive Colonial government, to YOUR oppressive Communist one.

-Kill Belgians!

-Funnel Arms into French Central and West Africa and lead the revolution onwards.

Bugs:
There's a localisation issue somewhere... maybe not worth getting to.

Plans (Ideas) For The Future:
Random events to fire when average popularity dips too low or dips too low one way or the other.
More Events?!
More Focuses?! Focuses for North Africa?! Focuses for Asia?! Who knows, who cares.


Side note, any glaring historical innacuracies, potential sore topics or borderline racism can be disregarded as "I wanted to see if I could, not that if I should"
