Osaka Setback Apartment 1

I have noticed a lack of sloped-roof setback Japanese buildings in the workshop and so I have begun to create a small collection of them.

This is an apartment building modelled after a real building in Osaka. The sloped roof allows this building to conform to Japanese setback laws. Based on the height of this building, it should be built on a road that is 12m wide including sidewalks, however as long as the road it is on is a two lane road it shouldn't look out of place.

Japanese random shop props are not necessary if you wish to place your own shops at ground level.
