CHEEKI BREEKI, we bandit now

This is a silly little thing that suddenly popped up in my head one day that I decided to make.
It's not meant to be taken seriously and it is purely made for a goofy gameplay experience.

Features:
- Dangerous amount of russian in one package!
- Pain and death sounds from STALKER featuring Bandits!
- A talk menu with sounds from STALKER's Bandits as well as a unique CHEEKI BREEKI option which every Bandit adores and loves!
- Random profanity screams from STALKER's Bandits as you attack NPCs or players!
- Plenty of Bandit sounds to ensure hilarity and "replayability" (read: to make your laugh your ass off in case you're russian) value!
- A track which every Bandit from STALKER has on loop in his head at any part of the day when he's awake!
- Fill up your VODKA meter by hurting players and NPCs, then drink vodka to replenish health!
- Get drunk after drinking lots of vodka, your movement will be impaired, your view will become unstable and you will occasionally hiccup!
- A mental note from the Bandit within you when you're drunk tells you CHEEKI BREEKI!
- Drinking your vodka down to 0% will make you throw your vodka bottle as well as make you hum a song!
- Enemies and players may sometimes drop DIET SAUSAGE when they're killed, pick it up to fill your sausage meter, then eat it to replenish health and get rid of your drunken state!

Console commands:
stalker_talkmenu - toggle the talk menu to select what insult you want to hurl at your NPC or player you hate or love!
stalker_music <0 - 1> - enable or disable the music which every Bandit from STALKER has on loop in his head at any part of the day when he's awake!
stalker_blur <0 - 1> - enable or disable the blur effects (disabling is not recommended as your Bandit experience will not be the same!)
stalker_togglefood - toggle the vodka and sausage feature (disabling is not recommended as your Bandit experience will not be the same!)
stalker_notification_wait <0 - 99999> - set the delay between "DRINK YOUR VODKA!" and "EAT SAUSAGE!" notifications!
stalker_sausage_drop_chance_npc <0 - 100> - set the chance to drop diet sausage when a NPC is killed!
stalker_sausage_drop_chance_player <0 - 100> - set the chance to drop diet sausage when a player is killed!
