Light Cruiser [Chapman]

This was a ship I worked on back in 2019, and just recently finished. Classified as "Chapman" (named for its popsicle-shape, when viewed from the top), this cruiser was designed to be used as a fairly cheap, first mobile base and flagship for survival servers. It doesn't exactly live up to the concept though, thanks to the fact that it uses numerous sub-grids. It was also intended to be moderately armed, as well as versatile, but it has eight dorsal rocket launcher turrets, which might be excessive.

This ship is a cruiser-carrier hybrid. There are two hangar bays, and four deployable docking racks. In order to save time and performance, this blueprint doesn't come laden with any small ships. You can fit up to 24 small ships, but not all designs will fit equally, and there is a bit less space on the bottom hangar deck. Anything up to the size of a small bomber craft will have no problem fitting by itself.

This ship is 178 meters long, and has a dedicated crew capacity of 4.
