Hydrogen Efficiency

Small tweak to vanilla Hydrogen Engine and Thruster consumption rates to make them more efficient. (Approx 2x Efficiency)

Intended originally for a private server I figured others may also find this useful.

Basic Testing - 1k Ice

VANILLA
Engine - Consumed in 20 sec
Large Grid : Small Thruster - Consumed in 12.5 sec (at full override)
Small Grid : Small Thruster - Consumed in 125 sec (at full override)

MOD
Engine - Consumed in 45 sec
Large Grid : Small Thruster - Consumed in 25 sec (at full override)
Small Grid : Small Thruster - Consumed in 250 sec (at full override)

This mod ONLY effects Hydrogen consumption rate and does NOT change output power or thrust. Also, as I am not changing the energy density of Hydrogen this mod will not effect Jetpack use/rate.

NOTE: Mod most likely will not play nice with any other mod that effects the Vanilla Hydrogen Engines (Large/Small) or Hydrogen Thrusters (Large/Small on Large/Small Grids)
