ONLY FOR UE 4.24 VERSION

Pack would probably be updated in the future, feel free to report any issues.

- Fixed BeamNG compatibility issue (except for Chinese and Brazilian plates)
- Fixed Chinese plate texture

now i can finally make the cars have the plates of the country the factory is located (Brazil), this is perfect (you could put a Mercosul plates too as the standard changed here in 2020, but that's for another update i guess)
