A simple mod that optionally removes any Vanilla and DLC agents from detention centers and the initial team select screen, allowing players to play almost exclusively with modded content.

Future updates may see more options.

So, if you have a mod agent installed, most of them have the ability to be found in detention centres, added to the pool along with all the vanilla agents; this mode removes the vanilla agents from that pool, meaning that *only* modded agents will spawn in detention centres.

Not sure exactly what this mod does.
Does it make the other corporation detained agents playable?
