TTT_Blur_Combinesniper

This is the TTT Version of a Combinesniper.

I used this Addon by Tanknut as a template.

This Weapon is a Detective Weapon for now.

Some information about this weapon:

- ~80 Dmg ( x7 Headshot multiplier )
- Zoom mode (maybe later a scope)
- laser pointer in zoomed mode.
- 5 round magazine with 20 reserve ammo ( I maybe change that later)
- reload sound
- uses the prim. weapon slot. (is dropable)
- realtime traveling projectile (no simple hitscan)
- wall penetration

This weapon will be used on the TTT and TTT2 Server of the Blur Group
