It's a dual unit yes. Two 85 ton, 2240 kW units.

Other dual units in game:
ChS7 - 172 tons
VL80k - 192 tons
VL10 - 184 tons

Surely it cannot be twice as dense as these other units?

ZSSK Cargo 131 stats are wrong in game. In-game it weighs 340 tons and power is 8960 kW. It should be half this.
