Double Pounder

In a recent poll*, 100% of the players said that they would rather use the Haymaker or the Swinging Mace over the Pounder.
The Double Pounder seeks to address that, by tweaking some of the settings without overpowering it, to make sure that it is never left behind again!

Changes:
The reset time has been dropped from 12 seconds to 8, making it as effective as the haymaker.
The cost has been increased from 500 to 600.
